Laser welding machine does not requirement much maintenance and consumptive parts. Especially the CW fiber laser source model. Following are some common consumptive parts/materials and how to maintenance them:
1.Water for chiller. Required to be pure water and recommend to change each 2month.
If the working room temperature is low in cold winder, we recommend to add antifreeze for it
2.Gas
Argon is the most recommend used as protective gas for the laser welding works.
Nitrogen can be used for SS material welding works
Compress air is the most economic but require air to be no oil or water contains.
3.Protective lens
This lens protective the inside lens of laser head. So when you find the laser power drop down suddenly, please turn off machine and check the protective lens, if keep using the broken protective lens, the inside lens maybe also broke and cause much lose.
4.Nozzle
Nozzle are made from brass material and it will broken when the laser is not well beaming and worked on nozzle directly, that will burn the nozzle.
Basically those are the most common consumptive material/parts for CW type fiber laser welding machines
